Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards and Paypal.
You can safely and comfortably pay with your credit card on zenbox.us. We have partnered with Adyen and Braintree, two of the leading payment service providers in the world, to handle your credit card details safely. We do not store your credit card details.
Shipping
All orders ship within 48 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout). All customers receive a tracking number so they can follow their package during the entire transit time.
For shipments within the US and EU, please expect 2-5 business days for delivery. For all other shipments please expect 5-7 business days for delivery.
Shipments in the United States and Canada will be shipped with the United Parcel Service(UPS). Shipments going to countries in the EU will ship with General Logistics Systems(GLS). Shipments going to Asia and countries outside the EU will be shipped with UPS.
Cancellation & Changes
Please verify your order details as we cannot amend your order once processed to our warehouse for shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If additions to the order or different products are requested, kindly place a new order.
Custom Duties
In some cases, you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from zenbox.us. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
Shipments going to Canada will have all customs and duties paid for in advance, but this fee will be included in the shipping cost.
All orders to United States, Canada and Latin America are shipped from the United States. All other orders are shipped from Denmark within the EU.
Price Errors
We reserve the rights to cancel or adjust any order with price errors.

- EU countries: 2-year warranty on all products.
